Terms and Conditions

ShopSelo provides done-for-you website design and setup services, including catalogue websites, WhatsApp ordering setup and e-commerce websites. The exact scope of any project is the scope written in the quotation you approve. Anything not listed there is treated as an additional request and quoted separately.

You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful business content, including:

• Logo, brand assets and product images you have the right to use
• Product names, prices, descriptions and availability
• Contact details, policies and social links
• Timely feedback during the review stage

You confirm that all content you send us does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

Stated timelines begin once the advance payment is received and all required content has been provided. Delays in sending content, feedback or approvals extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Standard terms are 50% advance before work begins and the remaining balance before final launch or transfer. Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the described scope; the final price is confirmed in your quotation.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated set of change requests. Additional rounds, redesigns or scope changes are quoted separately.

Domain purchase, hosting, paid plugins, payment gateway fees, premium fonts or images and other third-party charges are not included in package prices unless explicitly stated. These are paid by you, directly or reimbursed to us.

You retain ownership of your brand assets, product content and images. On receipt of full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered website for your business. ShopSelo retains the right to reuse its own underlying components, templates and code patterns in other projects.

Delivery means the website is published on the agreed domain or handed over on the agreed platform. Where a platform account is required in your name, you are responsible for creating and maintaining that account and its subscription.

Each package includes a short post-launch support period for fixes related to the delivered scope. Ongoing changes, product entry and content updates after that period are covered by a ShopSelo Care plan or quoted per request.

ShopSelo delivers design and setup work. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, search rankings or business results, as these depend on your products, pricing and marketing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project.

Either party may cancel a project in writing. Amounts already paid are treated according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy published on this website.
